We hand-pick our Kembong Fish at the fishery port every morning, so you get the freshest fish to enjoy! Kembong Fish is a naturally sweet and tasty, and is best pan-fried whole with chilli till crispy. Kembong Fish is often served with porridge or rice, or can also be a premium fish choice with Nasi Lemak coconut rice.
