Refund Policy
Here at Guang's Fresh Mart, we pack all orders on the morning of your delivery date, so you get the freshest seafoods that we hand-pick from the port. Due to food hygiene reasons, all fresh (non-frozen) goods sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
In the rare event that your frozen foods are expired, we sincerely apologize for our oversight and will provide an exchange or cash refund.
For fresh goods, in the unfortunate situation that you are unsatisfied with your order, please call us at 98373824 / 96455957 within one hour upon order delivery. Please also take photographs and/or videos with clear indication of the problem and send it to us via WhatsApp, MMS or email (order@guangsfreshmart.com). After doing so, please place the product in the fridge or freezer. We regret to inform you that complaints or assertions without any photo and/or video proof will not be entertained.
At the same time, we seek your understanding that we might be on the road driving or resting at times, and are unable to pick up your phone call immediately. In such occassions, please send us a message with the photo/video within the same hour. We will attend to you immediately once we have seen your message, and will drop you a callback.
We reserve the right to reject any refund or exchange requests once the original state of the product has been changed. This includes cooking, or if the product is left outside at room temperature. If you feel that the product is unsuitable or unsafe for consumption, please do not cook it and request for a refund afterwards.
Any approved refunds will be made in the form of store credits - we will provide you with a code which can be used within 3 months from refund date. Simply key the code in at the 'Discount Code' space upon checking out and the refund amount will automatically be deducted.
