Gong Gong, also known as Sea Conch / Pearl Conch has a natural sweet taste and a chewy texture! The meat is often paired with sweet or spicy chilli dips, or with a simple mix of light soy sauce + chopped garlic + chilli padi.
Gong Gong is one of the easiest Shellfish to prepare at home. Simply steam or boil the shells for 10 to 15 minutes, and serve with a chilli dip at the side! Don't forget to prepare toothpicks or satay sticks at the dinner table to remove the Gong Gong meat from the shell.
