Seabass is gutted and descaled, and cleaned once before packing. Choose between 3 cutting styles - Whole, Chopped into 3pcs or Butterfly Cut.
Our Fresh Seabass is wild-caught, with smooth and tender white meat for the perfect fish dish for any meal. The whole fish can be easily steamed, pan-fried or oven-baked for a flaky finish, or can be chopped up to cook fish curry!
(Please note that we do not provide fillet cut for Seabass.)
