Batang Fish Ikan Tenggiri (Whole, >2.2kg)
Batang Fish is a popular fish enjoyed by all. It has a meaty and firm texture, and can be used in many different dishes. Choose between 3 cutting styles - Whole, Steak Cut or Fillet. The Batang Head (and bones if you select Fillet cut) will be packed in a separate bag for you. Do note that weight is prior to gutting and cleaning.
Batang Fish is a delicious white-meat fish that can be deep-fried to make Batang Fish Steaks, pan-fried with soy sauce, stir-fried with chilli paste, or used to cook fish soup or fish porridge.
The Batang is great and fresh. It would be better if there is an option for us to choose how the fish can be prepared, as some of us would like it to be in fillet or slice form.
