Golden Pomfret is gutted and descaled, and cleaned before packing. Golden Pomfret is delivered whole and packed with ice. 

We hand-pick our Golden Pomfret at the fishery port every morning, so you get the freshest fish to enjoy! Golden Pomfret has a smooth and delicate taste, and is best steamed or fried whole. The white fish meat is easily eaten, with the meat flaking off nicely with a fork or chopsticks after cooking.
